Jan Schmid, M.Sc.

Jan Schmid is research associate at the Technical University of Darmstadt and a Kiel Institute Fellow. He is co-operating closely with the Team of the Presidnt on the project “Forecast Model for the Real Estate Market in the GREIX Project”. Shared research interest are: Moduls in property valuation; big data analyses and quantitative methods; aI modelling; development of the rental and transaction markets, and market forecasting.
